I was fortunate to have the opportunity to live in Hawaii for almost two months. I could have and would have stayed longer if it weren’t for some personal/health reasons that ended up causing me to move back home to West Virginia.
I spent the first month on the big island, living in the city of Kailua-Kona with a friend of mine. Then for the last couple weeks I stayed in Honolulu which is on the island of O’ahu. I have a friend who is stationed over there in the marines. The big island of Hawaii is nice, but O’ahu was my favorite. I had the best time of my life.
Hawaii was incredible and I can’t wait to go back some day once I get everything sorted out. I tried so many things that I’ve never done before, I explored the islands, I met amazing people, it was a great time.
